We believe that a great pair of boots only becomes better with time. For this reason, we offer an exclusive maintenance and care service designed to preserve their beauty, comfort, and original character throughout the years.<\/p>\n

Our team can carry out different maintenance services to extend the lifespan of the boots, including:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Hydration and application of nourishing creams to protect the leather.
\n\u2013 Leather cleaning and care.
\n\u2013 Repair and conditioning of heels.
\n\u2013 Heel cap replacement.
\n\u2013 Renewal of interior insoles.
\n\u2013 Edge painting and refinishing.
\n\u2013 Strap repairs.
\n\u2013 Dyeing and color renewal, whenever the condition of the leather allows it.<\/p>\n

Each service is carried out in a handcrafted and personalized manner, carefully assessing the condition of every pair to provide the most suitable solution while always respecting the original construction of the boots.<\/p>\n

However, it is important to bear in mind that natural materials present certain limitations. Leather evolves in a unique way with use, time, and exposure conditions, meaning that certain wear, marks, or structural damage may not be completely reversible.<\/p>\n

For this reason, there are certain cases in which a perfect finish cannot be guaranteed or where the work is simply not technically possible:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Exotic leathers, such as snake or python, cannot be treated when they present tears or severe surface wear.
\n\u2013 Deep oil stains, in most cases, cannot be completely removed.
\n\u2013 We do not replace the original leather of the boots.
\n\u2013 Leather soles with tears or structural damage, both internally and externally, cannot be restored.
\n\u2013 Cuts or leather tears caused by use cannot be repaired.
\n\u2013 Broken stitching cannot be repaired when it affects the structure of the boot or the condition of the leather.
\n\u2013 Holes or perforations in the sole cannot be repaired.<\/p>\n

In case a complete replacement is required:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The replacement of a new leather sole has a cost of \u20ac200.
\n\u2013 The replacement of a Philipp rubber sole has a cost of \u20ac50.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Shipping costs related to the service will be borne by the customer, both for sending the boots to the factory and for their return shipment.<\/p>\n
