You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return. The product must be new, unused, and with its complete original packaging. Returns outside this period or for used or damaged items will not be accepted. Include the return form in the box and notify us by email at ventas@tonymora.com. 5. Store them well: Store your boots in a dry place with shoe trees or paper inside to maintain their shape.
