Spanish VAT (currently 21% for our products) is automatically deducted for non-European citizens. However, the customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties that may apply. All sales by TONY MORA to non-European customers will be billed in euros. Please bear in mind that it is against our policy to reduce the declared value of any shipped item. In our commitment to quality and customer service, TONY MORA always tries to ensure that the products advertised are available and can be dispatched the same day or the next day. However, in exceptional circumstances such as multiple orders or other situations that lead to stock selling out, the order and the contract agreed between the parties shall cease to be effective by virtue of this cancellation clause, and the customer shall be reimbursed in full in the case of prepayment of the items purchased, without producing any compensation in favour of either party for breach of contract, consequential damages or loss of profits.
