Information about orders

Our website does not function in the conventional way. At TONY MORA we work with low stock so that we can offer varied and innovative products, adapted to the needs of the market. In addition, due to the large number of orders we receive, our maximum service time is 20 days. It is important to note that, while 20 days is the maximum service time, more than half of the orders we receive are processed within a week. If you make an order that may take more than 20 days to be fulfilled, you will be notified. Thank you for your patience.

Can i change my order?

No problem. Our team will try to make the changes needed whenever it is possible. The best way to request changes is to contact us by e-mail at ventas@tonymora.com

When do i need to pay for my order?

Currently, payment is required immediately so that we can proceed as quickly as possible to shipping. When we have received the payment we will send you an e-mail to let you know.

What payment methods do you accept?

Spanish VAT (currently 21% for our products) is automatically deducted for non-European citizens. However, the customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties that may apply. All sales by TONY MORA to non-European customers will be billed in euros. Please bear in mind that it is against our policy to reduce the declared value of any shipped item.

Why does tony mora add a 5% additional charge to payments made via paypal?

In our commitment to quality and customer service, TONY MORA always tries to ensure that the products advertised are available and can be dispatched the same day or the next day. However, in exceptional circumstances such as multiple orders or other situations that lead to stock selling out, the order and the contract agreed between the parties shall cease to be effective by virtue of this cancellation clause, and the customer shall be reimbursed in full in the case of prepayment of the items purchased, without producing any compensation in favour of either party for breach of contract, consequential damages or loss of profits.

Custom boots

When we have an exchange and/or devolution of a custom boot, the return shipping cost will be in charge of the customer who will proceed to inform TONY MORA about the reason of the devolution.

The client will choose the agency of their trust to make the shipment and once the package arrives at our factory our team will proceed to examine the boots and process the refund only for the cost of the custom, the delivery costs that have been charged to send the custom boot will not be returned.

The refund will be done in the same way that the payment was made.
