HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST? HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive an e-mail giving you the delivery information so that you can check your order’s status. The estimated delivery time depends on where we are sending your order. Please check the table for the approximate number of days it will take your purchase to arrive. (Please bear in mind that the delivery times are calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not the date you made the order.)

TONY MORA bears no responsibility for the possible import costs for orders made outside of the European Community. VAT is deducted from all orders made outside of the EU.
WILL I RECEIVE ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION?
Of course! All our deliveries are sent with UPS, CORREOS EXPRES or DHL. You will receive an e-mail from one of them with information about delivery and how to receive order status updates. If you have not received any information, please do not hesitate to contact us at ventas@tonymora.com and we will provide your delivery information.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

When you have received your order, if you wish to exchange it because it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, or you wish to return it, you have 15 calendar days to return the item. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted after 15 calendar days have passed from the date you received your order. This temrs only affect to the products bought in our website.
Before you exchange or return your order, please bear the following in mind:
– The product(s) that you wish to exchange or return must be new TONY MORA product(s), which show no indication of having been worn (used, marked or scuffed items will not be accepted, therefore we recommend you try on your shoes on a smooth surface and with care).
– The product that you wish to exchange or return must always be returned in the same condition in which you received it, which includes the delivery packaging (TONY MORA shoe box + TONY MORA shoe bag + TONY MORA sock box + TONY MORA tissue paper).
– It is very important that you print, complete and enclose the attached form inside the box with the boots you wish to return, so that our team receives the information about your reasons for the return and we can process it more quickly.
– When you have sent the item(s) you wish to return, please let us know by e-mailing ventas@tonymora.com so that our team can start the return or exchange process and it can be completed as quickly as possible.
– All exchanges and returns must be sent to our head office within the maximum period of 15 calendar days from your receipt of your order. The address of our head office is:

Returns will be processed within 15 days. In accordance with the TONY MORA returns policy, the customer will be fully reimbursed for the returned item(s).
The original shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. When we have received the item(s) to be returned at the TONY MORA head office, we will check that they meet the conditions stated above and TONY MORA will return the cost of the item(s) (and only the item or items, as stated above: under no circumstances will we return the shipping costs, which are the customer’s sole responsibility and risk).
If you decide to send any item(s) to TONY MORA, we recommend that you use your country’s national postal service. If the value of the item(s) exceeds 75 EUR, you should consider using a tracked postal service or taking out insurance. TONY MORA cannot guarantee that it will receive your returned parcel. If the item(s) are returned due to a manufacturing fault, TONY MORA will examine the item(s) to determine whether that is the case, before processing a reimbursement or sending a replacement pair. If you are eligible for a reimbursement, we can only return your payment via the same means of payment you used to make the purchase. (For example, if you used your credit card to pay for the order, we can only reimburse you to that credit card, not to any other card or a PayPal account.) If you return a pair because of a manufacturing fault and, on inspection, we discover that this is not the case, TONY MORA will return the pair to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs of that return.
CUSTOM-MADE PAIRS, CAN I RETURN THEM?
All our products are completely handcrafted and created with 100% natural materials, therefore there may be slight differences in the color of the leather and size. At TONY MORA we work hard to provide you with the best experience and that is why if you are not satisfied with the result of your custom, we guarantee you to repeat the order or exchange for a model from our website for the same amount value of the custom.
When we have an exchange and/or devolution of a custom boot, the return shipping cost will be in charge of the customer who will proceed to inform TONY MORA about the reason of the devolution.
The client will choose the agency of their trust to make the shipment and once the package arrives at our factory our team will proceed to examine the boots and process the refund only for the cost of the custom, the delivery costs that have been charged to send the custom boot will not be returned.
The refund will be done in the same way that the payment was made.
DOES TONY MORA OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We offer gift cards that can be exchanged for our products only to out most special customers. For more information, contact ventas@tonymora.com Note that under no circumstances may the value of the gift card be exchanged for cash; it may only be exchanged for products in our official stores.

At TONY MORA we work hard to offer you the best photos and images of our shoes on our website. However, as leather is a natural material, the shade of the products may vary slightly. We also cannot guarantee that the colours are displayed perfectly and clearly on all types of screens, tablets and mobile devices. We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction, which is why we use 100% natural leather and our boots are hand-crafted by master shoemakers. The result is a product in which the details and differences are what makes it unique.
