You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return. The product must be new, unused, and with its complete original packaging. Returns outside this period or for used or damaged items will not be accepted. Include the return form in the box and notify us by email at ventas@tonymora.com. The refund will be made to the same payment method once the product has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product care

1. Cleaning: Gently brush your boots after each use to remove dust and dirt. Use a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid soaking the leather.
2. Hydration and nourishment: Apply a specific leather cream with a cotton cloth or an applicator brush, paying attention to seams and edges. This will keep the leather nourished and flexible.
3. Polishing: After letting the cream dry for a few minutes, polish with a bristle brush or a wool glove to restore the natural shine. For an extra glossy finish, you can apply an additional layer to the toe and heel.
4. Avoid moisture: Do not expose your boots to direct water or heat sources. If they get wet, let them dry naturally, away from sun or heating.
5. Store them well: Store your boots in a dry place with shoe trees or paper inside to maintain their shape.
